Health, Nutrition & Sustainability
Counting calories or minding your macros? If you need nutrition information, we’ve got you covered! Digital screens located in Lister Market & Peter Lougheed Hall display interactive menus, complete with nutritional content and allergen information. You can also check out our menus online to find out what’s being served when, filter the menu by allergens, and find a complete ingredient listing for each dish.
Look for the above labels or talk to the manager on duty in Lister Market, The Marina, Peter Lougheed Hall, Engrained, and Euromarket to find menu items to suit your needs. If you need more information, please contact us at email@example.com to discuss accommodations with one of our Dining Services managers or to make an appointment to walk through the food stations with our Executive Chef.

Ask a Dietitian
Our dietitian can answer specific questions or provide nutrition counselling for students with allergies and special dietary needs. She will also be available to answer questions in person at the first Lister Food Committee meeting in September. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Ask a Dietitian" or send your question to us on social media with the hashtag #askDSdietitian.
We are so proud to be an integral part of the University of Alberta's initiative to achieve Fair Trade Campus designation. Look for Fair Trade certified coffee, tea, chocolate bars, and more in Lister Market, CAB Urban Market, Engrained, Euromarket, and Univers Cafe. Use our Dining Services Locations map to find us and our hours of operation.
Coffee lovers, take note! We think you will agree with us that the taste of Doi Chaang coffee is just as good the amazing story behind the company.
Dining Services takes health and safety very seriously. We monitor and log cooking, reheating, and cooler temperatures. We have strict protocols in place to keep our food preparation and service areas clean. If you have health or safety concerns about one of our locations, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. When incidents are reported, management will inform the public health inspector, conduct a food safety audit, and follow up with you to share the results.
